DRD Foundation is a registered charitable trust, established on 3rd October 2024. The foundation is dedicated to empowering communities through skill development training programs under CSR funding and various government schemes. With a mission to enhance livelihoods and self-reliance, DRD Foundation has actively implemented training programs across rural and semi-urban areas.

The organization is also an NSDC (National Skill Development Corporation) training partner, ensuring quality training and certification in alignment with national standards. DRD Foundation continues to build partnerships and expand its impact in the field of vocational education and skill development.

The Director of DRD Foundation, Sri Durnakanta Chutia, has actively contributed to various skill development initiatives across Assam, collaborating with M/s Naagshankar Enterprises under Assam Skill Development Mission (ASDM) and other CSR-funded projects.

With a dedicated team, DRD Foundation ensures quality training, assessment through Sector Skill Councils (SSC), certification, and post-training support through wage employment or self-employment opportunities.
