The DRD Foundation team is committed to delivering high-quality skill training across various trades.

After the training phase, candidates undergo assessment by the respective Sector Skill Council (SSC). Upon successful assessment, certificates are awarded to the trainees.

Following certification, DRD Foundation provides support for employment opportunities through two pathways:

1. Wage employment in relevant industries

2. Self-employment through guidance and linkage support.

Through this structured approach, DRD Foundation ensures sustainable livelihood options for the beneficiaries.
